Thank you for your continued loyalty to Fink's Automotive. We are grateful for all of the support that has allowed us to be a 5-star Automotive shop for the past eight consecutive years.
As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact in our community, we felt it was important to connect with you directly to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep our guests and team members safe and healthy.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by COVID-19 around the world. The health and safety of our guests and team members have always been and will continue to be our top priority.
Here at Fink's Automotive, the safety and health of our customers and techs is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.
First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, techs, and everyone who enters our shop to keep them safe and healthy.
Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.
ADDITIONALLY, BELOW ARE A FEW OF THE STEPS THAT WE ARE TAKING:
*If you become sick, please visit our shop at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider. You can also Email or call us for delivery and drop off arrangements.
* We will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our staff and customers (6 feet) during in-person interactions.
* We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off or pick up.
* We will provide paperless digital paperwork and email it to you.
*Customer vehicles are disinfected before and after all repairs are completed. We will cover the "steering wheel" and "seat cover", “gear shifter” and “floor mat” every time. We will also disinfect the keys before and after using it to start the engine.
*Our staff are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day.
*Our shop is cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day
